I like NSX. I like NSX a lot.
I don’t know what a hupmobile is, all I know is, it has the stupidest sounding name I’ve ever heard.

The ‘91 Hupmobile is better than the ‘91 NSX, because as an imaginary car, it is limited only by my imagination. Let’s compare apples to imaginary apples here.

Maybe it’s just the camera angle, but that hood ornament doesn’t really look like a rocket. It looks more phallic in nature.

He intentionally gave you the worst possible Hupmobile to refer to. The last dying gasp of Hupp was the Hupmobile Skylark in that picture, which was made with post-bankruptcy Cord body dies by Graham, who also made their own variety, the Graham-Paige Hollywood. Graham was a genuine innovator as well, but had also fallen on hard times. The updates to the design for Graham/Hupp use, incidentally, were by John Tjaarda, who penned the Lincoln-Zephyr.

Wel Hupmobile bought what was left of cord after they went under and used the 810 to make a RWD Hupmobile
